VM Ventures, LLC  was founded by Vincent Machi in 2017. What started out as an experiential project turned into a full-fledged property development and investment company. 

VM Ventures specializes in home redesign to the highest possible standard. Using the best materials and craftsmanship, a VM Ventures property is guaranteed to not only be unique in design, but also unmatched in quality. 

In addition to property development, VM Ventures is able to source and detail property renovations in the Monterey Peninsula area. VM Ventures has the skillset and knowledge to work with clients to bring their most creative home visions to life.

Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Vincent Machi is excited to redefine his hometown through property development and real estate.

Vincent is a graduate of Monterey High School and later attended California State University Monterey Bay, where he earned his degree in Business Administration. 

VM Ventures was started by Vincent in 2017 while he was earning his business degree and simultaneously developing properties. 

Vincent is also a licensed CA Real Estate Agent with Above and Beyond Real Estate. Vincent brings a unique perspective as a real estate agent as he is constantly on both the buying and selling side of properties. He is able to connect with his clients on the same level when understanding exactly what they need most in a home.

Prior to VM Ventures, Vincent was a full-time caddie at Cypress Point Club and Monterey Peninsula Country Club. 

In his free time, Vincent enjoys golfing and spending time with friends, family, and his dog.
